Efrat offers an inspiring 2-4 day Facilitator Training, which allows you to engage deeply and personally with the NCT program before offering it to the students/participants.
The training offers practical, applicable tools, activities and strategies for engaging positively with conflicts in your organization as well as your personal life!
The training can take place at your school / organization or can be organized as a retreat-style workshop.
The training is highly recommended in order to support the successful implementation of the NCT program, and for the facilitators to practice and assimilate the program before delivering it to others.
Efrat also offers ongoing consultancy and skype/phone/email support for facilitators.
Furthermore, you can choose to invite Efrat to facilitate the program directly to the students/participants.
For information on the different consultancy, training and direct facilitation packages available, please contact Efrat.

Dan, teacher, Brisbane
“I loved being part of this training. Conflict transformation, NVC and positive activism discussions were so helpful for me. I would recommend this training to all my colleagues – it is so useful and helpful in our work with young people.”
William, teacher, Melbourne
“The NVC strategies and other tools will be very useful with working with young people, plus an array of other tool that will work well in personal and professional life. 2 fantastic days of learning. What I found most profound was re-establishing a connection with myself on a physical and emotional level – something I did not anticipate but am truly grateful for!”
